We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $130!

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We aim to ship out your orders as quickly as possible — most orders are shipped the same day or the next day. However, we process all orders within 2-3 days to be safe. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable).

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for all orders over $130.

We also offer expedited shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery time varies, but most shipments within the U.S. arrive within 5 business days. For nearby states, delivery can take 1-2 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery will generally occur in 2-3 business days for nearby states.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and any unforeseen delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally, but we are working on expanding our reach in the future.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use various carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. The shipping carrier used will be communicated to you in your shipping confirmation.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items once the package has been handed over to the carrier. However, if your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@devaleurnyc.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

Please make sure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are not deliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to an error with the address, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.
